While the MP3 file is of good quality, due to the nature and limitations of telephone modem bandwidth, compressed video files leave much to be desired. After much experimentation we decided on a Windows Media Player video (See below for links to download Windows Media Player for PC and MAC) at 256kbps. This gives us a 2.55 megabyte file (video with audio) that plays almost 1 1/2 minutes. Considering that the video is compressed down to less than 1% of it's original file size (295 megabyte) the result is impressive, and more than adequate to demonstrate how Kickin' Tracks works.
